What counts as one credit?

Credits are charged per action. AI Script generation is 1 credit. Generating a voice for a message is 1 credit — only when the audio actually needs to be generated (unchanged settings re-use the cached audio for free). Rendering a video is 2 credits. Background removal is 2 credits. A typical 6-message video from scratch works out to about 9 credits (1 AI Script + 6 voices + 2 render).

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits never expire. Anything unused stays on your balance and is spent before freshly topped-up ones, no matter how long you've been subscribed.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Yearly is billed once for the whole year at 50% off the monthly price. Monthly plans top up your credits each month at renewal; yearly plans deliver the full year's allowance upfront at checkout, which you can spend at your own pace.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?

Yes to all three. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — your credits remain usable until then.

Do I own the videos I render?

Yes. Pro and Studio include a commercial license, so you can monetize videos freely (ads, sponsored content, client work). Free and Hobby are for personal and non-commercial use.

What if I run out of credits mid-month?

You can buy one-time top-ups from the dashboard at any time, or upgrade to a higher tier and keep the new allowance plus your rollover. Credits from top-ups never expire.
